We are generally looking for designers/developers who have:

• Good understanding of XHTML, CSS 2 and web site Accessibility. 
• Experience of Adobe Coldfusion MX
• Good understanding of Search Engine Optimisation
• Excellent understanding of Photoshop
• Experience of content management systems
• A keen understanding of good web design
• Flexible and Creative
• Able to work under pressure
