The scalability and flexibility of the 'BlueBox' Online Management System has allowed for the complete management of Select Recruitment's business through their website. Providing the functionality to create and store CV's, Job Descriptions, Candidate details etc. the system has enabled 'Select' to offer a service which is totally unique. The site helps improve workflow by automatically submitting jobs to other Channel Island recruitment boards, auto formatting PDF?s of client CV?s in the brand of Select Recruitment to maintain a consistent look and feel
